Listen, ideally you turn off all notifications, internet and go somewhere in nature. But of course my work doesn’t go away, same as lots of other stuff. I have a VR headset, and I really like using it for immersion and switching off. And I don’t mean meditation or something like that. Right now I really like the braindance vr project, it’s very high quality porn games, realistic, and it helps me distract myself, not think about anything, just watch and enjoy.
